Carolina barely squeaked out their first win of the season last week when John Kasey kicked a field goal with no time left to beat winless Tampa 26-24. The Panthers, who were highly touted in a lot of preseason predictions, are 0-3 ATS and for the most part have been overvalued.

However, Steve Smith returned last week for the first time and had 7 catches for 112 yards. The Saints will be playing with one less day of rest and come off an emotional game that marked their return to the Superdome. The linesmakers are begging you to take New Orleans. We aren’t falling for the trap.
