If you thought the recent Antigua v. United States case in front of the World Trade Organization would make the USA rethink its on-line gambling position, think again.

With carve outs for horse racing, state lotteries and fantasy sports, the bill only served to push gambling from a computer monitor to local bookies.

The recent WTO ruling against the USA might recoup a little money for Antigua, but it won't help the regular Joe in the US trying to make an internet wager.
