Georgia Tech defeated Clemson 30-27 back in Week 2, but the Clemson defense improved vs. the run since then while the Tech attack has been slowed by other good defenses.
Georgia Tech won the Week 2 meeting vs. Clemson 30-27, as both teams gained 386 total yards.

Clemson played poorly in that game defensively, allowing 6.3 yards per rushing play and I'm sure they've learned from that experience. The Tigers do have a good defense and they rate at 0.8 yards per rushing play better than average against the run, so they're capable of defending Georgia Tech's option attack.
The Yellow Jackets were slowed by other good run defenses this season, averaging just 4.4 yprp combined against Miami, North Carolina, Mississippi State, and Georgia, who are all about the same against the run as Clemson is. Georgia Tech's defense is worse than average on a national scale so the Tigers should be able to move the ball and if they can improve some stopping the option then they should win this game.
I'll call for a reversal in the final score from the first meeting.
Clemson 30, Georgia Tech 27
Free Pick: Clemson (-110)
