The NBA schedule is packed full tonight, so let us help you decide which games to add to your NBA picks tonight. We have found two that we are sure will help build your bankroll before the playoffs kick off.
Two
thirds of the league is in action tonight, and there is value all over the NBA
odds boards. The sportsbooks are so focused on baseball that they have
forgotten about the NBA! Well, probably not, but they have left a few holes
that we can take advantage of.
I have already listed two sports picks on some Western
Conference action tonight between the Spurs and Jazz, and the Clippers and
Grizzlies, but there are more games that I plan on adding to my NBA picks. Check out who else I like tonight.
Toronto Raptors vs. Indiana
Pacers
After
getting beat down by the Thunder last night in Oklahoma City, the Raptors have
to go on the road to face another top three playoff team; this time in the
Eastern Conference, as they visit the Pacers this evening. Indiana was on a
four game winning streak until Saturday, when the Celtics shut them down. With
the day off on Sunday, they will be looking to rebound tonight against a
Raptors team with some big holes.
The NBA betting spread for tonight favors the Pacers at -10. The biggest reason for this is the
fact that the Raptors former number one overall draft pick Andrea Bargnani left
last night’s game in OKC with another calf strain. This is the same calf that
has given him problems all season, and has forced him to miss multiple games.
The Raptors are going now where, and last time they were extremely cautious
with Bargnani’s calf.
Indiana
is 5-0 SU in their last five games playing Toronto at home, and they have
already beaten them in Toronto this season. Away from Canada, the Raptors are
16-12 ATS, but potentially without Bargnani, the Pacers will blow them away
tonight.
My Pick: Pacers -10
Phoenix Suns vs. Minnesota
Timberwolves
The
Wolves have been hit by some bad luck in the second half of the season, after
they looked like a potential playoff team to start the year. Injuries to all of
their point guards, and some turmoil have led them to be a lottery team once
again. The Suns on the other hand still have a chance at the 8th
seed out West. Phoenix is a game back of Denver for the 8th and
final spot in the West.
The Suns
are favored by -3 in this spot, and although they are only a .500 team ATS on
the road this season, I like them laying only three points here. The Wolves
have lost five in a row, and eight of their last ten games. During the last
five games, they are 1-4 ATS and have not looked like the Wolves of earlier.
The Suns
have owned Minnesota over the last several years. They are 9-1 SU in their last
ten games against them. The one loss did come this season, but it was early in
the year when the Wolves looked like the playoff team and the Suns looked like
the lottery bound one. Although both of these teams could still be headed for
the lottery, I like the Suns to continue the Wolves’ losing streak.
My Pick: Suns -3
