Another crazy week of NFL football is in the books. Moving on to Week 4, are there any clear spots for us to beat the books? Find out who we are adding to our NFL picks this weekend, as we try to uncover the best value on the board.

I know the whole replacement referee fiasco is getting talked about all the time, but it really is getting out of hand.

Some kind of resolution has to come to fruition soon, or the league may face some sort of extreme backlash. That ending to the MNF game was just brutal and an embarrassment to the game we all love so much.

Let's get back to the fun stuff though. Here are my favorite NFL picks for Week 4

New York Jets vs. San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco 49ers vs. New York GiantsThe Jets are going downhill fast after an impressive Week 1 thumping (48-28) of the Buffalo Bills.

They got dominated in all phases by the Pittsburgh Steelers the following week, and then escaped with an overtime victory over the Miami Dolphins last weekend.

This Sunday, I don't think they'll be so lucky.

New York is in a bad place right now. Mark Sanchez is having to shoulder most of the load offensively – he had 45 pass attempts against the Dolphins – and I'm not so sure that's going to put you in the best position to win if you're Rex Ryan.

It doesn't help that the Jets have a virtually non-existent running game. Shonn Greene is averaging 2.8 yards per game, and it appears he's running out of chances, with Bilal Powell waiting and ready to take over.

Far more important though is the loss of Darrelle Revis. The Jets have been pretty good against the pass (218.7 YPG), but you can throw all of those statistics out the window now that Revis is out. In addition, the team is giving up 148.7 YPG, so Frank Gore and company could be running wild this Sunday. Major defensive adjustments are going to have to be made for the Jets to contain San Fran.

This is just not a good spot for New York in my book. They just lost their best player to injury, have been struggling over the last couple weeks, and now have to deal with the 49ers, who'll be out for blood after a disappointing showing in Week 3. Take the superior team here.

Pick: San Francisco 49ers -3.5

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans

It's Tennessee's first division game of the season as they head to Houston to play the 3-0 Texans.

The Titans are coming off a wild 44-41 overtime win. They blew a 14-point lead with only 18 seconds left on the clock, but still hung on to win in the extra period. It was an insane game all the way through.

Maybe that will give Tennessee the lift they needed ahead of this difficult matchup with a Houston team that looks like one of the most complete in the NFL.

I see a lot of people jumping on the Texans in this spot, considering they're still undefeated and will be at home. That, plus the fact Tennessee has been a complete mess defensively so far this season.

Not me though.

A spread of 14 could be found at 5Dimes at time of writing, the only book that was offering that number. I think the Titans will be able to keep this thing relatively close in a game that could decide the course of the rest of the season for Mike Munchak's team. A win would put them at 2-2, with the easiest part of their schedule still to come.

With that in mind, we'll take the visitors and the points as the Titans try to hang around with the Texans.

Pick: Tennessee Titans +14
