Tennessee Titans, New York Jets to struggle Under 37 in Jersey

Rex Ryan is running the same defense with the Jets as he ran with the Ravens, and as a result, they lead the NFL in total defense. Tennessee will try to run anyway, so go Under.

The New York Jets come in here 2-0 and the Tennessee Titans come in 0-2, and if you asked around if that would the scenario before the season, we doubt too many people would've called it.

LenDale WhiteThe Rex Ryan defensive system with Baltimore last year had a lot of success limiting this Tennessee running game to just 47 yards on the ground. He held Jeff Fishers team to just 13 points. This Jets defense seems like the real deal after two weeks, and they haven't allowed a defensive touchdown yet.

They are limiting teams to a league best 241 yards per game. This is the best running game they have faced yet. Both teams will probably come in with the grind it out control the clock mind frame.

The Titans defense had a meltdown in the secondary against Matt Schaub and the Texans last week, but with what many are saying is a must win game for Tennessee and we can expect a defensive effort much more like what we saw in their opener against Pittsburgh. They looked solid in that game as a group overall. They sacked Ben Roethlisberger 4 times, held the Steelers to just 36 rushing yards, and caused two interceptions and recovered a fumble.

The Jets offense led by a rookie QB isn't exactly a powerhouse and the Titans secondary should put up a better performance then last week and should be able to limit the Jets ground game. Rain is in the forecast for the Meadowlands Sunday and should limit both teams from taking big chances in the air as well.

You get where we're headed with this game and we like the Under. This should be a hard fought game between both teams and we expect a dog fight. It is important to get it now at under the key number of 37 because we expect this line to drop a point or two by kickoff.

Free Pick: Titans, Jets Under 37 (-110)
