Top NFL Favorites
A number of 2-1 teams considered favorites are still going
strong in the NFL season. The Jets,
Patriots, Titans, Colts, Falcons, and others are all playing pretty well in
their NFL betting matchups.
It seems like we may have to wait a little bit for the major
teams to battle it out for bragging rights and intense money line debates in

Surprising Teams in
the NFL
In addition to either Green Bay or Chicago, the Pittsburgh
Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs are the only undefeated teams through three
weeks of NFL betting. When you consider
how Pittsburgh and Kansas City have put up 72 and 68 points, respectively, that
makes it all the more impressive and unexpected.
Kansas City's surprising play through the season, and seen in
Week 3, was also captured in their opponent's play thus far. The Chiefs
beat San Francisco 31-10. The 49ers
have certainly been surprising, in the most negative way. They are already 6 ½-point underdogs against
Atlanta for next week.
Watch out for Seattle, Tampa Bay, Arizona, and Philadelphia
- who are playing quite well considering each teams' story (Philadelphia) and
talent level (others).
Some teams have been increasingly difficult to
pinpoint. After beating the Colts and
Redskins, the Houston Texas then lost to the 0-2 Dallas Cowboys, who have been
surprising in their own right.
Who will keep going above expectations? Surely teams like the Seahawks, Bucs,
Cardinals, and others can't keep up this pace - at least in all probability.
