The NBA Rookie of the Year odds market was one of the crazier award races of the season. But after many changes atop the oddsboard, the closing favorite at our best sports betting sites, San Antonio Spurs guard Stephon Castle, took home the hardware.
Castle received 92 of 100 first-place votes, edging out Atlanta's Zaccharie Risacher (5) and Memphis' Jaylen Wells (3). Washington's Alex Sarr and Memphis' Zach Edey received second-place votes to round out the top five in the ticket.
